President

• Preside over Booster Club meetings and oversee club operations

• Meet with campus representatives and review financial activity with the Treasurer

• Appoint committee chairpersons and establish committees as needed

• Ensure annual audits and bank statement reviews are completed

Vice President

• Serve in the President’s absence

• Assist with administrative duties as assigned

• Assume the role of President if needed until the next election

Secretary

• Maintain meeting minutes, attendance, and membership records

• Record all official Booster Club business and correspondence

• Report Executive Board recommendations

Treasurer

• Manage all Booster Club funds, deposits, and financial records

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

• Provide semester financial reports to the Executive Board

• Disburse funds as approved by the Booster Club

Sports Liaison

• Support communication between coaches, athletes, and families

• Assist with promoting events and sharing team information

Fundraising

• Organize fundraising events and tournaments

• Coordinate with vendors and the Athletic Director to promote Raider Pride

Scholarships

• Coordinate scholarship applications, interviews, and selections

• Work with counselors and present scholarships to recipients

Memberships

• Recruit and support Booster Club members

• Distribute membership information and materials

Social Media Coordinator

• Promote WEABC events, athletics, and sponsors

• Share updates and repost team content across platforms

Spirit Trailer Team

• Assist with sales, inventory, ordering, and event operations

• Coordinate volunteers for Spirit Trailer activities

Media Guide

• Assist with creation and sales of the annual media guide

• Support sponsor recognition during football season events
