Dear WEHS Students, Families and Future Raiders,
WE are excited to offer you the opportunity to advertise in our 2024-2025 MEDIA GUIDE. This media guide will be sold at Wylie East fall and spring home games during the 2024-2025 season (while supplies last). This is a great way to support your student athlete!
WE will be showcasing our WEHS student athletes, clubs, organizations and any future Raiders in our program as well.
If you would like to place an ad in our program to support your student athlete, please fill out the form to the right and select the size ad you'd like to purchase. You may provide your own ad as a "drop in ad" or we would be happy to have our graphic designer create your ad. Our ad prices range from $25 to $300. You may email drop-in ads to wehsprograms@gmail.com or upload here if under 15MB.
Ad forms and payments are due by July 31, 2024. No new ads will be accepted after this date. Near the end of the form, there are options to place ads. We cannot process your ad until payment has been received.
Once your ad is complete, you will receive an email with your ad proof. Once you have proof read your ad, please email back your approval. If no response is received, your confirmation receipt will serve as your approval and the ad will run "as is". Proofs will not be sent on drop-in ads. ***This is for Student ads only, please refer to our business advertisement page to showcase your businesses. No business logos will be approved on proofs for this purchase.***
Remember, proceeds go to the Wylie East Athletic Booster Club which supports all Wylie East High School athletes.
